The new and very affordable Tang Band 6,5“ coaxial Chassis W6-1530SB along side the Tang Band W4-937SB (Pipe4u ) and W5-938SB (Direkt1), a further coaxial 2-way system with truly amazing potential!
It is ideal as a full range or or use in a 3-way system paired with a larger woofer. For our first prototype we used it in a Full-Range system we named the Pipe4u-SiX, a TQWT floorstander. A very convincing combination to say the least, but the fun doesn't stop there, more projects with this chassis will soon follow.
Tweeter: 25 mm Silk dome tweeter with optimized wave guide and shorting ring. Mid bass: shorting ring, 38.5 mm voice coil, special paper cone, special low loss long lasting rubber, shielded neodymium magnet, vented spider, particularly strong motor and 3,5 mm linear Hub.
System: cast Aluminum basket, low 2nd and 3rd order distortion.
