CHP-70 Audio Drivers
The CHP-70 is an all new paper cone full-range audio driver from Markaudio. This driver is the first in a new technology line that has a unique low-mass design and cone. The “engineered” approach was applied by its designer, Mark Fenlon who passionately believes in making all critical components to a very tight specification.

Paper Cone
The cone is the first of its type to be integrated into a production process known as Multi Form Mass Reflex, a Markaudio technology that delivers “aerospace” tolerances during manufacture. Other performance critical components were reviewed and upgraded.

Looks Matter
The CHP-70 boldly integrates all major components to offer a visually colour co-ordinated driver. System builders now have an excellent opportunity to make interesting designs that break away from the older, more typical design box styling.

Pure Music
A very robust bass for this size of driver. Middle and high–range delivery is accurate and detailed. New technology, excellent performance and modern styling combined at an affordable price. The outcome is “pure music”.

Rear Suspension
The rear suspension (spider) is made from a newer form of material that delivers a close control over the excursion of the driverʼs movement.

Cap
The cap to coil bonding process is also a feature, and uses adhesive from aerospace bonding technology.
