OmnesAudio DBC 12 Mono

The audio processor DBC-12 was developed specially for use in the low frequency range. It combines the functions of a crossover, equalizer, gain control and delay in a single unit and serves the purpose of optimal integration of an active subwoofer into the rest of the sound system.

The set-up of an active subwoofer is often very difficult in practice, because the controls for the gain, frequency and phase are usually on the rear side of the subwoofer. In addition the options for adjustment are often insufficient for optimal system integration and even more so for adjusting to the room acoustics.

This is where the DBC-12 comes in:
It offers the possibility of making adjustments from the listening position with an infrared remote control, which significantly simplifies the task of finding the best set-up. Furthermore the DBC-12 offers additional features such as high pass, delay and EQ, all of which are useful tools for the best integration of the woofer with the often difficult room acoustics.
With its two independently adjustable output channels the DBC-12 offers the capability of connecting two subwoofers and integrating them with one another.

Often different music or film material calls for a quick adjustment to a different set-up, with the DBC-12 there are four fully programmable presets. Optionally the adjustments can also be done through the Windows Remote Control Software.
